For those of us who love to travel and do so often, Airbnb is the most prevalent example of this. Travelers are taking advantage of what Airbnb has to offer in huge numbers. Millions of people around the world now use Airbnb to find spare rooms or vacant apartments while traveling.

The benefits of using Airbnb are numerous. Staying in an Airbnb often costs less than a hotel and provides travelers with a more local experience. Pricing is usually cheap and transparent; travelers get a convenient and pleasant experience.

One thing that can be an issue for travelers staying in an Airbnb is finding a way to stay fit. Unlike hotels, a spare room or vacant apartment is typically not going to have a gym for you. There may be a local gym nearby but costs without a membership can be high.

What you need here is a bodyweight workout that requires no equipment.

Planks should be between 30 seconds and 1 minute, depending on your ability.

Bottom Line

Give this workout a try next time you're staying in an Airbnb. Perform the bodyweight moves in a circuit, one after the other until you have completed all seven. That's one round. Complete 3-5 rounds and record your time. Track your progress and aim to beat your previous time the next time you do the workout.
