The split-level Health Club at The Langham in Hong Kong features state-of-the art equipment including cardiovascular and strengthening machines and free weights. Personal trainers and workout classes in Tai Chi, yoga, meditation, and singing bowl sound therapy. Plus a beautiful view of Hong Kong.
The Shangri-La Health Club at Hotel Jen in Beijing features eleven different workout zones, a mixed martial arts ring, a swimming pool with a skylight, a sauna, juice bar, and several studios. Jumeirah Beach Hotel - Dubai
