The 24-hour StayFit gym features cardio machines and free weights in a spacious, light-filled training environment, along with some fantastic views of its own.
Omni Dallas Hotel
The Omni Dallas Hotel offers a state-of-the-art, full service fitness center and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The gym features benches, free weights, exercise bikes, treadmills, and stairmasters.
If you prefer to workout in your room, Omni Dallas Hotel offers guests the option to check out a complimentary in-room fitness kit at the front desk.
Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel

The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel
The Worthington Fitness Center at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers a wide range of cardio machines and free weights, including heavy dumbbells.
Sheraton Dallas Hotel
The Sheraton Dallas Hotel has one of the largest hotel gyms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Sheraton Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and has a fantastic selection of free weights and cardio machines in a light-filled and spacious facility.
There are no classes available here but this might be the best choice for anyone into weightlifting. The gym is fully equipped with heavy dumbbells, barbells, benches, and weight machines.
Hilton Anatole Dallas
The Hilton Anatole Dallas sports a world-class 80,000 square foot fitness facility. The state-of-the-art Verandah Club has a strength training club with free weights, an indoor lap pool, a basketball court, boxing club, cycling studio, and Kinesis training room.
The catch here is that it is $16 a day or complimentary with a paid resort fee for guests to use the Verandah Club.
Thryv Hotel and Conference Center
Located near Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the Thryv Hotel and Conference Center offers a 25,000 square foot fitness center with a full suite of athletic facilities. It features a basketball court, tennis courts, an outdoor baseball field, running paths, cardio machines, and a massive selection of weight training equipment.
