Chris Castellano is a travel fitness specialist and the founder of Fittest Travel.

He has spent years training himself and others in functional fitness, bodyweight training, calisthenics, and Crossfit and started Fittest Travel to help travelers stay fit and healthy while on the road.

He has served in the United States Army and Army Reserve since 2007 and deployed with a reconnaissance platoon to Iraq from 2008 to 2009. He worked on Wall Street for two years before becoming an FDNY firefighter in 2016. He is also a paid contributor to where he provides national security and military commentary.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from Briarcliffe College and attended graduate school at Boston University. He currently lives in New York with his wife and daughter.

Courtney Castellano

Courtney Castellano is a nationally certified personal trainer (NASM CPT), kickboxing instructor, and franchise manager located in Dallas, Texas.

Courtney has a bachelors degree in movement science from Westfield State University and received her personal training certificate in 2016.

She has trained through various forms of exercising including weight lifting, distance running, and kickboxing. Courtney completed the Long Island Half Marathon, Tough Mudder, and TCS New York City Marathon in 2016.

She is passionate about educating individuals on how to move their bodies safely and efficiently, as well as nourish their bodies with food.Not only has she learned that achieving a fitness goal takes commitment, it is possible for anyone.

Courtney lives in Dallas, Texas with her fiancé and two dogs.
