The 24 hour harbour-facing fitness center at Hotel ICON provides the latest Technogym cardiovascular and weight training equipment and a stunning panoramic view of Tsim Sha Tsui, Victoria Harbour, and Hong Kong's skyline. A personal trainer is available.

The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers

Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers overlooks Kowloon Park and Victoria Harbour. Open 24 hours, the gym offers cardio machines, rowers, and free weights. It's beautifully decorated and spacious, unlike many hotel gyms.

Ovolo Southside

Ovolo Southside is an ultrahip boutique hotel, set in a converted former warehouse, in Wong Chuk Hang. The gym is a bit smaller than the rest on this list but what it lacks in space it makes up in decor and equipment.

There's a Concept2 rower and TRX training straps, both of which are hard to find in hotel gyms and are everything a traveler needs to stay fit. There's also the usual compliment of cardio and resistance machines.

Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel

Marco Polo Hotel is a high-end hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui near Harbour City and Victoria Harbour. The gym is open 24 hours and is located on level 4. There's a ton of cardio machines, dumbbell, cable machines, and a whole lot of space.

The Park Lane Hong Kong

The Park Lane is an upscale high-rise hotel located near Victoria Park and Victoria Harbour, and has a beautifully decorated hotel gym with cardio and resistance machines and free weights. It's possibly the first hotel gym I've seen with a Jacob's Ladder - a treadmill climber that will give you an amazing conditioning workout.

Marriott Courtyard Hong Kong

Located in downtown Hong Kong with a beautiful backdrop of Victoria Harbour, the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong offers great harbour views and easy access to the financial district.
