CrossFit workouts, or WODs, test your strength and conditioning in ways that few other workouts do. They often leave you in pain, trying to catch your breath as you lay on the gym floor in agony.
But no other CrossFit WOD is as important as the hero WOD.
They’re more than just workouts. They’re a way to honor the memory of brave men and women who have given their lives in the line of duty.
We remember the sacrifice of these soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines, police officers, firefighters, and federal agents when we do these workouts.
