Let’s cut right to the chase. Bodyweight training is unbeatable for becoming a fitter human. Barbells are great for strength and the treadmill is the default for losing weight but if you’re not doing pull-ups and push-ups, you’re missing out on the highest returns for the time you invest in your health.

This 6-week program has been designed for the beginner who’s new to bodyweight training. We’re going to assess your ability at the beginning and end of the program and build your foundation through movements like pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and lunges.
